Health Is There a Place for Grace

Panelists Mary Lou Nowak, owner of Mid South Home Helpers, Kelly Inman, owner of Next Day Access and Lea Anne Morse, owner of All Things New, talked about dealing with customers in crises, and maintaining Grace in-spite of how that customer treats the business or employee. The panelists all agreed that the values of the business, which is to assist in these times, were more important than the angry treatment by clients. This talk was inspiring and shows how a Grace Based business survives day to day.
